These brand standards cover the core technical requirements for each centre. Centres may add additional elements if desired, however all centres must adhere to the core, mandatory brand standards. Additional elements must also not conflict with the core, mandatory brand standards and will be subject to an approval process. IWG has negotiated global agreements with vendors for the mandatory brand standard technology requirements, ensuring that Franchise Partners receive competitive pricing and support from our global vendors. The total expected cost to provide the full IWG IT service should be <3% of the total fit-out cost of your centre.
